TORN/
An immersive photographic series.
Torn/ is a photographic series created in collaboration with Zulu (@zuluthegreat) that considers the tactile act of destruction and reassembly. Each photograph was printed on card stock and deliberately torn apart. The torn pieces were then re-photographed, keeping their edges exposed, their forms incomplete, and recontextualized. Torn/ explores impermanence and the beauty that emerges in rupture. It invites the viewer to see not just what was captured, but what was changed, broken, and made again.
